Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time prior to shipment from our Plymouth, MA facility. Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your TorsoSpin unit arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.

• We will assess the issue promptly
• Upon verification, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement unit at no additional cost
• Supporting photos or documentation may be required to process your request

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
