Shipping Policy

Overview

All TorsoSpin units are carefully assembled and quality-checked at our Plymouth, MA facility before being shipped via specialized freight carriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

• Inclusive Shipping Zone: We are pleased to include the cost of shipping in the retail price for deliveries to the New England and Mid-Atlantic states (CT, MA, ME, NH, RI, VT, NJ, NY, PA, DE, MD, VA, and DC).
• Other US States: For shipments to all other contiguous U.S. states, we assess the actual shipping cost minus a $50 credit as a "thank you" for your order. This cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Fulfillment Time: Units typically ship within 3–5 business days. Once your unit is with the carrier, you will receive a tracking number and a call to schedule a delivery window.
